Friendly staff and helpful.
Improvements:
Timings could be better.
Appointments should be more flexible. We tried to change time prior to appointments as we have small children in school who need picking up.
The parking is an absolute nightmare. We almost missed the time slot given. Maybe write on appointment letters that parking will be taking up a lot of time.

Everyone exercises at their own pace and not put under pressure. Very easy to feel part of the group. Staff are very attentive and spet in if you seem to be in discomfort.
